Shannon‘s challenge this week was for a five-ingredient-or-less recipe.  It wasn’t easy, but I did find one in our rotation that qualifies:

ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN with PASTA
Preheat oven to 350
Trim nine boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
Put chicken in baking pan and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
Slice some mushrooms and scatter over the chicken.
One spoonful at a time, cover the chicken pieces with pasta sauce (suggested: jar of Parmesan/Romano style).
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
Meanwhile, boil water for pasta (suggested: penne or fusilli) and cook as per package directions.
Drain pasta, then serve the sauced chicken atop the pasta.
